The total amount of real estate currently listed in the State of New Jersey is over $381 million dolars.  A total of 17,941 properties and lots are listed with an average asking price of $312,000. Toms River has the largest total value of properties for sale of just over $389 million.  Right behind Princeton NJ and Brick NJ with total asked real estate amount of $298 million. Rounding out the top ten cities are Jackson NJ with $160 million of real estate for sale,  Wall NJ  with $140 million, and Colts Neck NJ properties for sale of $126 million.

 

Some of the most popular areas within the state, over $1 million in listing prices are:  Milford, Sea Girt, Allenhurst, Ringoes, Mantoloking, Rumson, Frenchtown, Bay Head, Colts Neck, and Deal.
